Our principles

As Educators, we developed a common ground that defines our daily work and vision.

Our vision is of a school that enables Learners and Educators to express their innate talents. To achieve this everyday, we developed four main Pillars that define the reason for which we exist.

1. Education Excellence

We empower future education with passion to perform.

Our schools are a perfect mix of highly demanding and friendly environment.

We have qualified and highly selected teachers from UK, Australia, US etc. as well as a strong Italian Department. We apply quality assessment of programs and staff in order to ensure the best possible educational outcome in each school.

Our approach is based on evidence-based Science of Learning

“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence” V.Lombardi

Our Programs / Curricula
We provide globally-recognised curricula to support students so they are inspired and able to develop the skills and knowledge needed to head into primary school and beyond.

Informed by new research and feedback from schools around the world, the International Baccalaureate was developed to meet the needs of children at this crucial stage of their development.

Our schools are recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education.

2. Student’s happiness

We strive to make our students happy!

Our schools support parents to follow children beyond the classroom. However, in the today fast-changing and information-intense world, it is not always easy for them to find the best tool and way to interact. It is in the school responsibility to drive parents towards the common goal of pupil’s total wellbeing.

As such, we developed a unique iParent Lab able to support parents during the child’s growth.

3. Teachers Selection, Training & Nurturing

Given the fast-changing education environment, Teachers need a continuous learning to ensure the best outcome for our pupils.

We are developing a iTraining Lab able to provide Teachers with the best possible training not only on programs and methods – but mainly on Life Skills development. We partnered with Oxford University Press to provide Professional Development to our teachers and with Huston Space Center to develop the Stem Curriculum from early years to high school.

4. Respect the uniqueness of each school

When you cross the school’s door, you can feel the Ethos and Energy.

We believe each school has its own story. It is a story that includes people working towards an educational goal in a specific context at a specific time. It is this story that drives each school’s mission, and gives it its own individual and unique community ethos. Ingenium believes in this individual story and aims to support each individual school in its unique growth and development, avoiding the story-less standardization.
